directions: promote a tranquil atmosphere by diffusing a few drops of worry free for 30 minutes on 30 minutes off before bedtime or throughout the day in your diffuser to help promote a tranquil atmosphere. create a soothing, worry free bath by using a few drops of worry free in a milk or salt bath.
