to use: remove bubble frosting from base and pop into your bubble basket for loads of creamy, fluffy bubbles! pour contents of bath bomb cup into bath water for fun colors, scent & swirls! no bubble basket? no problem! simply hold bubble frosting under running bath water to create bubbles.

pro tip: the harder the water pressure (or more agitation), the more bubbles you'll get from the frosting!
